As a Midwife and Certified Gentle Sleep Coach, I help families move from exhaustion to calm, predictable sleep- without leaving your baby to cry-it-out.

Inside my Signature Sleep Well Programme, we work together over three weeks to rebuild your baby’s sleep gently and sustainably.
It starts with a 90-minute deep-dive consultation to uncover what’s really going on- looking at your baby’s whole ecosystem: feeding, comfort, reflux, birth, temperament and more. You’ll receive a tailored sleep plan-for your baby’s current and next stage, plus daily support and voice note check-ins to tweak and guide as we go.

Because most of us are doing this without much of a “village,” my role is to become part of yours-offering the expert eyes, reassurance, and support you need to finally rest.

Over three weeks, we’ll get naps lengthening past 35 minute's so that you can enjoy a hot coffee in peace, get nights stretching to 11-12 hours with or without milk feeds (depending on your baby's age and your choice) and evenings that feel like yours again.
