I know from personal experience the effect sleep deprivation can have on the whole family causing anxiety and stress. With better sleep, we are all happier and perform more productively in our everyday life. Currently, most of us work in our jobs, run a household, juggle childcare, and have very little support or village around us. My aim at Little Apples is to be a part of your village and lighten some of this load for you, and instead give you hope that change is possible, so that you can embrace these early years of parenting. Whether you feel anxious every time you put your baby or toddler to bed, you feel exhausted by broken sleep or you clock watch during nap time, I want to equip you with the knowledge and reassurance to give you the confidence to make changes to your sleep situation. I want new mothers to not only survive but to thrive and flourish.

Sleep can be such a conflicting topic and there is so much information out there on what approaches are ‘right’ and which are ‘wrong’. Ultimately, you must choose the right approach for your family and parenting style. I have received the highest level of training from Heidi Skudder at 'The Parent and Baby Sleep Coach School' and know I am fully equipped with expert knowledge and skills to support you and your family with your little one’s sleep. My approach is to look at your baby or toddler on a holistic level and create a bespoke plan going forward that’s personalised to them and one that suits you and your family. When I work with you this involves looking at the whole picture which includes their temperament, diet, reflux, current sleep situation and so much more.
As a baby and toddler sleep coach, my role is to work alongside you by actively listening, guiding, and supporting you in setting goals around your little one’s sleep. I will guide you through the different approaches available to you and I will be available to be by your side while you implement these positive changes.
