  • Discussion of pregnancy, birth, current sleep, diet, reflux, allergies and more...

  • Bespoke Sleep Will Be Sent Via Email Within 72 hours. 

  • 1 x check in call after 2 weeks.

  • 3 Weeks WhatsApp Support (Mon-Fri)

  • 1x 15-minute check in call (to be used within 6 weeks).
